Meet Kristin!
Hi, I’m Kristin! I’m a Sports Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, certified Lifestyle & Behavior Coach, Emotional Eating specialist, and founder of Create My Weight. I have coached over 700 men & women in Create My Weight, and over 5000+ people ages 9-80 in my career.
Prior to building CMW, I coached & built curriculum for the Institute of Integrative Nutrition’s Emotional Eating program for advanced coaches.
I’ve been featured in Great Day Washington and FOX DC for my Fitness segments and workouts, in addition to working in multiple gyms as a Group Exercise Director & Trainer.
I currently coach clients 1:1 and in groups across the country through my online platform, and reside between Delray Beach, FL and Telluride, CO.
In my free time, I love hiking, biking, spending time with my partner, Scott, pups Mastro & Archie, and traveling with Food Freedom🍷🍕

Kristin’s approach to nutrition and fitness is all about teaching people how to make healthy choices that work for their unique lifestyle and preferences. She focuses on educating her clients about nutrition and macronutrients rather than simply counting calories. She works with clients to develop strategies that prioritize health first and weight loss second, incorporating input from a registered dietitian in her programming.
Kristin helps clients get to the root cause of their struggles. Kristin’s expertise lies in helping clients overcome their own self-sabotage and insecurities, which can often sabotage their weight loss and health goals. Kristin’s approach is to not only hold her clients accountable, but to also empower them to hold themselves accountable. By building their confidence and teaching them self-reliance, Kristin sets her clients up for long-term success and a healthy lifestyle that they can maintain on their own.
Unlike many other programs that only provide short-term solutions, Create My Weight teaches clients how to eat and exercise for the rest of their lives. Kristin creates a safe & empowering space for clients to make their own decisions, guiding them towards their goals while prioritizing their preferences and Food Freedom.
The program is incredibly personalized and empowering, with a focus on movement and emotional support. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, Kristin works with clients to create personalized goals and addresses the emotional components of weight loss, providing guidance and support throughout their journey.
